Description
Ampelopsis cantoniensis tree (in Vietnamese: Cây dây rừng (“cây” means tree, and “dây rừng” is the name of the plant) – also known as Hoang Giang or Song Nho) of the Voi Rung Cooperative is naturally grown and harvested from the forest in Gia Lai province. The Bahnar people from the cooperative will harvest the tree by taking the entire stem and leaves when the tree has not yet flowered, then wash, chop, and dry them under the sun.
