To bring you the most delicious and aromatic Robusta coffee beans, awakening all your senses, the Koho farmers of Oh Mi Koho in Dinh Trang Hoa commune, Di Linh district, Lam Dong province have been working tirelessly. They’re reviving their coffee-growing model with natural ground cover, after witnessing the severe environmental damage caused by agricultural chemicals. The distinctive, rich aroma of Oh Mi Koho coffee beans mirrors the warm brotherhood within the group. To the Koho people, every valued guest is an “oh mi” – a dear brother.

How your authentic cup of coffee is made

• It all starts with nature purity: Oh Mi Koho says no to chemical fertilizers and pesticides. They only use self-composted fertilizer and ground cover methods, minimizing the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides.
• Then the rest is finished off with warm hearts from Oh Mi Koho community members by
  • Handpicking only high-quality ripe coffee fruits that satisfy sugar content, washing, and removing defective beans.
  • Sun-drying on racks to ensure even drying and preserve coffee bean’s natural flavor.
  • Selecting intact, qualified beans without cracks.
  • Roasting manually to maintain the coffee’s unique flavor.
  • And lastly, grinding and packaging according to customer requests.
